Nipple pumping

I am about to order a pair of nipple cylinders,could experienced users of these tell me the recommended HGs to vacuum at,and the time length of my sessions.Would 1/2" ID cylinders be a good starting size.
Any advise appreciated.

The 1/2 ones are a good starting size. I use the 3/4" thick-walled ones (Vacu-Tech) as the get a good bit of the surrounding area. My left nip is pierced and I have to take the ring out. There are larger sizes available specifically for leaving the piercings in, however, I'm too cheap to spring for them. Using T-connectors/couplings and hosing and quick disconnects, I generally never exceed 3 to 5 Hg of pressure.
