Rather than wrapping the cock, I use a really narrow sleeve on the tube , suck the glans in, then control the depth with my hand. I've tried purpose made glans pumps but I think a conventional tube works better.

Interesting idea, I might just try that would love to see an upclose comparison of pre pump vs after pump of the head.
