I went shopping this weekend and bought some really nice dress pants. I noticed that I don't have a butt that would make the dress pants look so much better on me. Does anyone know how I can get a nice bug firm butt that would look nice in my pants?

Don't tell me there isn't a nice butt on that hot bod of yours. I suspect you're just being modest... now turn around and let's see... lol

I agree... your profile pics are impressive! I'm sure you have something worth grabbing back there. The rest of your body is just too good for you to be completely lacking in the booty department.

Perhaps another brand of dress pants are in order, or at least one with a different cut? I know plenty of people who are really hung who purchased dress pants that don't even reveal any kind of bulge whatsoever.

Squats & lunges will help, but genetics have a great deal to do with it as well. Some people just have more junk in their trunk than the rest of us. In a perfect world we'd all have bubble butts. I have a decent butt, but in some pants, depending on the cut, it almost disappears. I bought some padded underwear to wear with those pants from the website below.

They come with two different sized inserts. The smaller of the two adds about the perfect amt of roundness:smile:. The larger insert makes my ass look like you could sit a cup on it:eek:....LOL

Hope this helps!

Working out and lifting weights would help. Especially squats/leg press, perhaps leg curl/leg extension. On the other hand it might not be in your family's genes to have a butt. I know that is the case with my family. We're all very tall individuals. I'm the smallest at 6'7, and none of us have a butt. I asked my mom and dad about this and they can't recall their Dads, brothers or whatever who had butts either...sometimes it's just not in the cards :frown1: But hey...it's not all bad:smile:

Do as many squats and lunges you can, that'll help.
But they're right, genetics does take a part in it.

Squats and lunges will make your butt bigger also sprinting! and by the way a big butt gives you a bigger more visible bulge in the front! since a nice bubbly ass pulls your pants to the back! goodluck.
