Or rather than seeing it as a scam they could just understand he is posting what he said he would post. It is understandable that is not to the liking of most here, but don't expect more than what you are told you will get. Then you are only "scamming" yourself.

Although yes it’s his choice which is totally fine, you know what he’s doing, do not defend false advertising
