I saw this happen before for the Riverdale crew where the release of the show on Netflix just sent their follower count skyrocketing. But it doesn't happen with every Netflix show or movie. A lot flop. Very few have this kind of effect. Noah got lucky and Freeform quickly booked him on the follow up to The Fosters (called Good Trouble) due to his popularity.
