Think I might have hypogonadism. Testicles the size of green grapes. Also trouble getting an erection at young age (23).

Is the size clinically significant and what kind of doctor should I talk to if so? Was thinking endocrinologist or urologist.

If you have a problem sporting an erection at 23, you need to go to a doctor. At your age, you should have the opposite problem - NOT having an erection.

Also, everyone is different. If you have balls the size of green grapes, you may never have them become the size of Macintosh apples, but again, ask your doctor, maybe your two concerns are related.

I would definitely go and have your testosterone levels checked - I'm not sure about testicle size being significant but the erection issue is definitely a sign of low T. I would start with seeing a urologist, I think you'd see an endocrinologist if you wound up needing to take replacement hormones (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Well you must see doctor for any erection problem because you are very young.
And concerning to testicles, normal size are 2 inches, but whole length because they hang from top side of the shaft,
so all is around 4 inches.
In average dick such 4 inches are same length as dick shaft
4 of shaft + 1,5 of glans = 5,5 inches,
average dick length.
Of course for be a perfect dick, shaft diameter should be same a ball basic length 2 inches

Urologist are surgeons concerned primarily with the urinary tract. Best to see reproductive endocrinologist to check fsh, testosterone and tsh as well as full history

Well..!! At end 2 inches is the regular and healthy size of the testicles or don't.?
So it should be bigger or smaller...?
Of course a size as a green grape its
absolutely don't normal and buddy need go doctor.
But talk in the name of those have a testicles a bit bigger, but may be neither normal
i mean smaller than 2 inches, because bigger don't mind.,but think neither is normal or better say very frequent of few lucky men.

doctors will almost always tell you u are okay down there no matter what

They will probably just prescribe viagra if you are having ED. Which very people can afford expecially at ur age
