Oddly placed pee hole?

I noticed this on a pornstar I've been into lately, Justin Lebeau. His pee hole seems to be really long and on the bottom of his dick, rather than the end. Example: this video at 0:35 (yes, it's a guy jerking off). What causes this?

What causes this?

No one's sure what causes hypospadias, but it's fairly common. Some theories are that it's hereditary or occurs for hormonal reasons in the fetus.

As a guy with glanular (mild) hypospadias, I have always found guys with their pee slit at the very end of the glans to be fascinating; the idea that this tube runs right through the spongy head and pee and cum come out the end. Whoa. Even more interesting is epispadias, which a few guys here on LPSG display.

^^^ Yeah, the presence of high quantities of synthetic estrogens in the womb (chemicals such as many pesticides currently in use on big corporate farms) is strongly correlated with increased incidence of hypospadias. That doesn't prove causation, but there really isn't another environmental explanation and the effect is seen pretty consistently, especially where there's poor environmental regulation.

Of course, it happens fairly regularly in the general population too.
