Well, Buck was the one with the crush to begin with, Tommy just went with it and his experience haven't been the best with Buck wanting to go out and then doing the "two bros looking for hot chicks", like Tommy said Buck's not ready so is pretty smart to take caution and keep him at arms lengths while he figured out what he wantsWhy do the writers make Tommy out as if he has no interest in Buck? That tiny "stay safe" when his man has to go off and fight a fire, and the unadulterated joy when they return to the wedding group after their "kiss" ! Buck's got it bad!! That does make me fear for Tommy's life come the season finale...
From Buck and Tommy's coffee where he asked him to be his wedding date, to Maddie & Chim's "wedding" day, to the last scene in the hospital, it's at least been one or two, if not several, weeks. So yes, I imagine they have at least rolled around in bed together. You know how horny Buck is!
