I get your anger , I don't know all the details we would always try to resolve a unhappy customer , we did sometimes have the creator come to us direct as the fan had been able to message them, sometimes the threat of saying things online can provoke the creator to speak to his agents and resolve this. I assume you have made payment by tip method which as you know is very hard to get any support from the bank or OF customer services. It does not help you sometimes a bad chatter will take the money from the fan for his % knowing it wont be done. OF is getting a bad name and many roque agents staff. Your money would have been taken then by Rebel OF last summer not his current agents. Companies house can give you directors names .

The payment was via purchasing a simple picture that was already shared. But he/they asked for the details of said custom and said I would have it within a few days.
II dont know who all these rogue agents are, I was going to contact companies house alright. But it seems hes back in control of hes profile. He apologized and said he will follow up and do the custom. I will give him the benifit of the doubt at present. But if nothing within a week, which will be 1 year and 1 week since the request, I'm gonna report him to anyone I can do. You can't be offering a service and charging mad prices and not expect response. Bad customer service = bad angry customers.
