I get your anger , I don't know all the details we would always try to resolve a unhappy customer , we did sometimes have the creator come to us direct as the fan had been able to message them, sometimes the threat of saying things online can provoke the creator to speak to his agents and resolve this. I assume you have made payment by tip method which as you know is very hard to get any support from the bank or OF customer services. It does not help you sometimes a bad chatter will take the money from the fan for his % knowing it wont be done. OF is getting a bad name and many roque agents staff. Your money would have been taken then by Rebel OF last summer not his current agents. Companies house can give you directors names .

II dont know who all these rogue agents are, I was going to contact companies house alright. But it seems hes back in control of hes profile. He apologized and said he will follow up and do the custom. I will give him the benifit of the doubt at present. But if nothing within a week, which will be 1 year and 1 week since the request, I'm gonna report him to anyone I can do. You can't be offering a service and charging mad prices and not expect response. Bad customer service = bad angry customers.

Wow that’s seriously bad. Did you contact him on any other platforms? If it’s true I’m not surprised what others have written on here about him being skint.

You're never getting that custom. I'm kinda surprised he hasn't blocked you yet.

Yes, I've reached out to him a few times on instagram mainly but messages havent been seen/accepted I reckon. It seems hes back in charge of hes account now - he has said hes sorry's but doesnt cut it untill I get what I paid for

Hey , I am glad you have been able to speak direct with the creator .I see the other comment it will be really hard to recover the cost from your bank after such a long period . I hope he will now send you what you paid for . I would be shocked if he is running the account for very long I guess he's between agents and could be keeping you happy until he's not on the account. Please do let us know if u ever do get the content my guy feeling sadly is you wont . I hope I am proved wrong

I've just learn't of this, but there is appeal process and like Beni's original message theres further means of dealing with the situation with the so called agency.
Nothing that has leverage and the appeal with OF needs to be 90 days from transaction.
