I have the desire to find out and getting every detail about a person I know, like their private stuff and random secrets so when I sit next to them in the morning before class begins and say "I know your blood type, I know what you parent's social security number etc" stuff that will freak them out and they are stuck next to me all through class.
This would bring me pleasure; but I would never blackmail them I just to play like a Cheshire cat, being here and there. Popping in and out of places unexpected. Being some kind of creature that gives good advice, knows you intimately for no reason, and just appears for being a comic relief or to have their back like a summoned body guard down a dark street. Stuff like that, I want to be omnipotent!!

While your reasons may not be nefarious in nature, all together, the whole idea of what you propose "creeps" me.

Omniscience is exclusive to higher beings for a reason. Humans beings are prone to failures and the trappings of greed and other such unsavory emotions. In that regard we are limited.

My instincts do not provide Social Security numbers and personal information of that nature, but you can bet if someone resents me, for what ever the reason. I can feel it no matter how skilled they are at hiding it.

That's enough for me.

On most levels of human interaction, what someone tells you about him/her self is all you have the right to know.

What you've described is stalkerish and creepy in the extreme. As has been suggested above, get help: you need it.
