Thank you for explaining that. In the United States they OF makes you fill out a W-4 form so I'd assume they would make them fill out proper tax documentation no matter which country your in.

Really, I just thought whatever money that they earn they get paid directly into their bank account and it's up to the individual to report/declare what they earn, I know that OF take their 20% cut/share of whatever they pay out though
