It's copyright infringement. Do you know what a DMCA is? You can film a concert, keep it for yourself, but if you post it online it's copyright infringement because you don't own the music in the videos you took and posted. Hence, why it's the same. You can subscribe to an OF, download and keep things yourself, but sharing is infringement. They are more analogous because you are PAYING for something that you then SHARE even if you don't have the RIGHT. So they absolutely are analogous. Certainly much more so then STEALING or PIRATING in which cases you never PURCHASED anything to begin with.
