So recently I was jerking off and, right when I came, I had this tremendous headache with a tightening in my neck. The headache subsided after a while. RIght up until the "magic moment" I felt fine, but just when I started to shoot it hit me. I laid down and did some deep relaxation breathing. I got off since then without it happening and then a couple of days ago it happened again. I googled it and from what I read it's nothing to worry about as long as the headache goes away, which it has.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I exercise regularly 4-5 times a week for at least an hour, so I am fairly healthy.

I have a dr's appointment in a couple of weeks and I am planning on telling him about it.

Yes, it was awful. I experienced it every time I came for almost a year. The headache was so bad that I got to where I didn't want to have an orgasm. I even tried taking headache medication before and it still happened. The good news (in my case) is it stopped just as suddenly as it started. I know exactly what you are experiencing. I have to say it definitely affected my sex life. I have an extremely high pain tolerance and those were the worst headaches EVER. I've had migraines and while they lasted longer, the pain with the orgasm headache was more severe.
