Take it to a tattoo/piercer and have it reinserted
yeah see the thing is i dont have one in my town then closest one is 10+ hours drive away.. so instead of telling me to get someone else to do it id like to learn how to do it myself.

Do you have any male friends who are pierced who can push it back in for you while you bite down on something?
I have found if I don't wear the ring for several days, the hole will shrink a bit, eg. I am wearing a 2 ga, then no ring for several days, the hole will shrink a bit, if that happens I will get a 4 or 6 ga ring (one of my old ones), insert the smaller ring, wear for a day and it will relax and stretch back. I started with a 10 ga ring when pierced, have kept all the sizes as I gaged larger, so it is easy to just wear the next smaller size. I have done this over and over again for the last 11 years I have had the PA.

If you took it out too soon and can't get it back in you'll have to wait for it to heal and get it re-pierced. PA's are one of those permanent piercings once they're healed. They'll shrink down a bit if you've stretched, but never completely go away.
