Ive been in pain in the testicles for two weeks now. I went to the doctor and was on two antibiotics for twelve days. no help! i have pus in my urine. Ive been massaging my prostate frequently prior to this issue. Does anyone have an idea if this is related to me massaging my prostate? I use a toy made to stimulate the prostate, by insertion and rocking back and forth. I have used it a lot and never had an issue. Im i a lot of pain, but not locally. it doesnt hurt to touch testicles, but they ache internally. Ultrasound of testicles came back all good. LOST!? if anyone has ever experienced this, please help.

That sounds awful! I hope you figure it out soon. I swear, of any of the parts of our body to go sour on us, the scrotum has to be one of the hardest places to deal with...

As far as the STD claim, I really can't think of something that would only make your scrotum ache and force you to piss pus. I've never heard of those symptoms being associated with HIV, AIDS, herpes, or Gonorrhea. I know Syphilis lays dormant for years before it starts making organs completely fail.

Have you been checked for an inguinal hernia? Have you had difficulty walking? Since your testicles have been screened, it's probably not the problem. It's the only thing I can really think of though.

I hope you'll be able to figure it out and fix the problem!!

Perhaps something could be wrong with your prostate? I know an enlarged one makes it more difficult to urinate (it gets trapped internally).

sorry to hear, sounds bad,esp 2 weeks now
and youve seen a Dr mmmm
cant see it being an std myself, or re massage of prostate
my thoughts only...non medical
Maybe a wrong course of anti-biotics were prescribed?

two abiotics prescribed seems odd,(taken at same time??? havent heard of such? if so)
maybe doc was not sure?
try another Dr i reckon, or as was said, referral to a urologist specialist ..
BEST to you ..

Went to doctor today after ultrasound. Its Varicocele. A varicose vein on my spermatic cord. Referred to uroligist for treatment. Its not a STD. :)

didn't think so. I swear, people probably saw the words "PAIN" and "TESTICLE" and were like OH, STDs!!! There wasn't really anything in your post pointing toward any of them as far as I could tell. Have people done their research on STDs at all? It's kind of an important topic, especially if you're sexually active. It's kind of like agreeing to a surgery without knowing what the risks are. Being human in today's society automatically includes STDs...my as well get to know AT LEAST the basics. I know most of the basics, and try to remind myself every couple of years. Its pretty easy for ME to do because I live in a developed country (America).

If you don't, then I can understand how the information could be...muchly "roped off" from the masses.

i know how this goes man...unfortunately the urologist is only going to say surgery as the only treatment. do lots of research and think carefully about it...and realize that the varicocele comes back in something like 50% of cases in a different section of the vein network....there is a root cause that they have no idea about, and the surgery only treats a symptom.

for the record...vein health and circulation aiding vitamins and herbs seem to help a lot...look into gingko biloba especially.

Just to follow up on your comment, i feel if surgery is suggested, it still beats the kick in the balls feeling everyday all day. it is painful. I'm going on over two weeks of this pain. Im open to resolution. But again, thanks for the input.
