Based on his Tom Holland obsession, my guess is he's into lean built and twink-ish men. So it's no surprise that he never seemed to be into Francis, that's likely not his type at all.
Also idk if he was lying but Francis literally said he was not into white boys. Although they both had their following I felt Francis would show Patrick off like an accessory to get attention.
