He’s already been outed by most fans as a faker, with incredibly poor OF content, even on here. So I doubt he makes much money from OF anymore at all. He’s certainly not in the top followed accounts which would suggest his income from the site wouldn’t be very much. Porn studios can offer quite lucrative contracts to models depending on how much content they’re prepared to film.
Porn companies will pay him to film the same content as he does now? He will never do more with a guy, ever. Why would he go to a porn company to film gay content? If he wanted to make that money, he would him that himself and keep the entire revenue minus OF cut. None of what you're saying makes any business sense for him
Adult film production companies reach out to these young fitness / model guys all the time. As long as they're 18 and older and have the look no matter if they have an onlyfans or not. I used to work as a recruiter hiring guys to be in the business as gogo dancers, strippers, escorts, and solo porn. We would comb through social media all the time sending out messages. No matter if we recruited in person or online half of them would say yes and the other half would say no.
As far as Patrick taking it to the next level doing the guy on guy thing it's all about preference and what people are and are not willing to do. Yes working for an adult company he would make more money, but money is probably not that much of an object for him seeing as he still lives at home with his parents.
But just because we haven't seen Patrick in a real legitimate adult film doesn't mean he hasn't been contacted by several different companies in the last few years of his social media fame. Not all of these hot guys go online and say to their followers, guess what everyone an adult film company contacted me.
