I don't even know if he does personalized customs. In my experience, everything he sells is recycled previously made content. I've asked him for a custom before and he never even responded - on multiple occasions. This was before he started using an agency to manage his account. Then, weeks after, he responded and said he could do the custom, asked what I wanted and sent me something that was clearly pre-made. Having said that, it was on topic and pretty cheap (I think under $10) so I didn't mind. I've seen him resell/repost that same video multiple times since. Most of his videos seem to be short (1-2 minutes) and go for about $10-$15. Sometimes he shows his face but not a lot. He jerks off and shows his beautiful hole though so if you're a fan you'll probably enjoy.

Just a general question I have in terms of those agencies . His profile suggests the chats are personal 1 on 1 chats, and they do pretend it’s him. Isn’t this on the brink of fraud / scam? This counts for all the agencies where they pretend it’s the OF-star.
Many people just want a connection and a real chat and they are being deceived, maybe some paying huge sums of money. Not everyone knows there are OF agencies obviously. I would not be surprised if this could lead to claims in the future ( again, this is a general question so not merely related to this account ). I even wonder if these practices are completely legal, but I guess it depends on the country.

In terms of moral considerations I think this is just completely wrong. And super disappointing that this is becoming common practice on OF
