It's impossible for him to do it completely on his own if his father is Arnold Schwarzenegger. Even if he doesn't try to use connections people know who he is and they will give him opportunities based on that whether he asks for them or not. He has a famous surname and that is something studios will want to make use of. Being a Schwarzenegger is something he can't escape. Do you have proof he used his parents connections? And even if he did you would do exactly the same. People are so great at being virtuous from behind a keyboard until it is their life or their career that can benefit.

Everyone uses whatever privilege they have been given. Would you move to a much less well developed country if you were born in one that had a lot of opportunity? Would you go to a place that didn't have free education or free healthcare if your birth country provided all these things? If you were born with the privilege of being incredibly good-looking would you try constantly try to make yourself look bad in order to be fair and level the playing field against people who were not born with conventionally attractive faces? No to all.

I completely agree with your assessment. It’s however kinda depressing to realize no matter how hard you work or talented you are if you’re don’t come from wealth or have the right connections the chances of making it are slim to none… the American dream is a scam and those who believe in it are asleep AF!!! I don't know why people are acting like this is some new phenomena. Everybody practices nepotism. It's just more visible with celebrities. However, nepotism is not limited to the entertainment industry or celebrities; it can occur in any field where someone with power might favor family members or close connections for jobs or opportunities, even if they are not as qualified as other candidates, meaning it happens in many workplaces, including business, politics, and even within families themselves.

End of the day, if we all had a leg up somehow, someway, we'd use it. He happens to have connections which might open doors for him but it doesn't mean he's guaranteed work. He could have been a real bad actor, proper dog shit, and no matter who his daddy is he couldn't have fixed that for him. He obviously has the talent to back it up... and the ass too
