I always ask, "what are preferences based on? Is there a historical component to these so-called preferences? If so, what does that say, or mean, about them". It's pretty clear that preferences are unequivocally tied to concepts of race and power.

I didn't say I didn't find people of races other than my own attractive. But I understand that in how I find attractiveness and what is attractive to me isn't something of my choosing and isn't related to thinking one race or another is better just as I don't thing flat chested women aren't attractive but I prefer busty women or that a nice 6 inch dick isn't great but I prefer 8 inches.

I think it is very dangerous to assert preferences are racism. I understand why it could be easy to be sensitive to the issue in general.
