I honestly do not think I'd ever pay for sex. It just makes no sense when there's willing people. However, if someone wanted to pay me for sex? I'm 100% ok with that. No shame in my game.

You see, that's why you folks in Europe need to experience the sleaze and tackiness that is Fabulous Las Vegas. Although ironically, Clark County is one of the few counties in the State of Nevada where prostitution is not legalized.
But if you're looking for the object of your wet dreams, it/she/he/they can be bought for the right price. You can order whatever you want from one of the local sex tabloids. But it's just as easy to go to one of the swinger bars on Dean Martin Drive -- just a block west of the Strip in the bad part of town -- and order from the privacy of your own table. Getting them in and out of your hotel, however, is your problem.

Think of this case, man is a powerful and successful businessman who travels the world and works 18 hour days, he met a number of women, most were gold diggers or cheaters.
Gold diggers are in a sense loyal prostitutes to him, cheaters are unacceptable, he can't maintain a relationship with his travels and his schedule, so he resort to the expensive escorts. You know the type, cultured, well dressed, well mannered, take them to dinner and have a good time, then fuck the crap out of them.
I know someone who lives this life, he has a number of these "relationships" and he is enjoying them.
Certain urges are satisfied, and most importantly he can afford to fly one with him as his "date" to certain locations around the world.
