    Hey Guys,

    Well I have been a member on this site for ages and recently "re discovered" it. I was reading some information on here that said that after a man reached the age of 30 his ligaments toughen and gains are much more difficult. Needless to say I was like holy f*CK. I am 32 and thought to myself that if I want to do this it has to be now. I usually don't tell everyone about my penis so openly so this will be a new beginning for me.

    I wanted to thank all the guys on here for their openness and being willing to share. It really helps to make this a community. Thanks to Big AL as his routine for beginners will be my routine.

    I will try to be as diligent as I can with this. Any words of encouragement are definately appreciated. My follow through can potentailly be weak so I hope to keep up the PE exercises and these entries.

    I have been doing this now for 2 weeks. I have been following the begginers routine to the best of my understanding. I did my warm up for 10 minutes. I try to get it as warm/hot as I can take it. After I did my Jelqs. I did just over 100 ( I think a couple were not that good so I threw in a couple extra). I did all of the Oriental massage. Again, I thought a couple were not done well so I did a couple of extra to make up for it. I later went on to the Kegals. I think I do this very well. I did 25 of them. I find it easier with a semi/boner. I sometimes have trouble with the towel exercises. I don't have the best erections and I don't always stay fully hard whole time I do them. Today it was working in my favour and hard for most of them. I used a hand towel for this. I seem to be decent at lifting it but again need the cock to stay rock hard. I also did 25 of these. I did 3 start n stops. Those are fun because I watch online porn at the same time ;) I then did my cool down. I have read how important it was so I make sure I do it. I have read some other posts on here and mentioned about some use of the cock pump so I used my cock pump for 12 minutes. Any ideas for time/frequency use of the pump? After all that was done I shot a huge load. I have observed my cock feeling thicker and bigger when flaccid but have not measured. When I do my warm up/cool down I put a hot face cloth on my cock ( and balls). I find that my low hangers are getting even lower with the heat from the cloth ( or maybe the warmer weather ?).

    Hey guys...I think you can tell I'm new at this journal as I forgot to add my measurements.

    starting:

    flaccid: 3.5" length

    erect: 7.5" when really pushed to bone, so 6.5" normal length

    I wouldn't say that gains become much more difficult after 30. As you age there's a slow decline in recovery ability and hormone levels, but this can be counteracted to some degree with intensive exercise and nutrition. I've consulted men in their 70's that have made gains in size and stamina, so you're really never too old to do PE.

    Yes, I’m inclined to support Al here, speaking as a senior citizen myself; I didn’t get involved in PE much before my thirties and all my gains have been made since reaching that age, so no need for panic mode. However, with your stats, I don’t fully understand the urgency that comes over in your post? I mean, I appreciate that no matter how big guy are, they invariably feel a bit more wouldn’t go amiss but ….? Also from what you say, I’m not so sure that PE is the answer to your problem; after all you can have a formula one engine under the hood, but if the tyres are fucked then so are you. At 32 erection problems are normally in the head or due to the lack of physical fitness, obesity, etc etc. I’m not saying give up on PE, it can be a lot of fun, apart from the rewards that come from earnest endeavours, but you need to look at the body as a whole to get the whole picture.

    Thanks AL for the response. Part of the reasons for doing the exercises are for gaining size and having stronger erections.

    Today I did my PE routine. I did the warm up. I did 110 jelqs. I was really in the groove of it and they were working well so I did an extra 10. I also did the oriental massage. I have slowed it down where I needed to so I could get the right size of semi to work with for both the jelqs and oriental massage. I then did 20 Kegels and towel rasises. The towel raises went well. I had better erections for them today. I did the start and stop and then my cool down. I used a cock pump for 10 minutes.

    After doing these exercises for a bit my cock feels different. It feels thicker and when limp I am more aware of it in my pants ( which is probably due to a size gain).

    Great to hear that you're noticing flaccid gains already :)

    You may want to avoid the temptation of doing too much too soon- it can lead to overtraining. Increase your reps/intensity subsequently each workout.

    I did some PE exercises today. The warm up, jelqs and oriental massage went well. It seems to be fun playing with my semi as I do them. The Kegals and tower raise also seem to be easier to do...and who wouldn't like that start and stop. I did a cool down and finished with a 10 minute pump.
    I see Big Al's response and will try to slow it down. This can be difficult because I could have weak follow through or get too busy if the schedule is not very regular. I will try less sessions. During the day when I am limp I feel my cock more. Its a nice feeling and now I can begin to imagine what you "big" guys on here are dealing with ;)

    Big Al what are your thoughts with the amount of time/frequency in the pump?

    I think some light pumping done at the end of your PE session would be best.

    I have been keeping it up. Two days ago ago I did 115 jelqs, oriental massage, and 30 of each stamina exercises. I did a warm up and cool down followed by 10 minutes of pumping.


    Today I did 115 jelqs, oriental massage and 30 of each stamina exercises. I did a warm up and cool down followed by 8 minutes of the pump.
    I took Big Al's advice and now doing it every other day and using a light pump at the end. Thanks Al

    Just finished my routine. I did 115 jelqs, 30 of each of the stamina, warm up and cool down, 10 minutes of the pump. When I am done with the stamina exercises/jelq I flop it around and it sure seems bigger when I do that -it feels bigger when flaccid.

    Hey guys..

    Had another session today. 115 jelqs, the oriental massage, 30 of each of stamina..and 10 minutes of the pump... when I manipulate my cock it does feel bigger when floppy.

    Anyone know how big a guy can get? or how much he can gain by doing PE exercises? Big AL any advice as to what I should/shouldn't be doing with my program?

    You know they say a watched kettle never boils. You should give us an update once a week or longer instead of everyday. PE progress is measured in months. Especially after you get your newbie gains.

    The above advice from Wish-4-8 should be taken. Measure every couple of weeks or so so that you can see measureable differences. You're forcing progress in a reasonable manner so that part of your routine looks great :)

    Some men have claimed to have added more than 4 inches in length over the course of several years using different non-surgical methods. The world record for penis enlargement is 6.29 inches in length using a combination of surgical and non-surgical techniques. You can read about it here.

    update:

    flaccid: 4" l x 4 3/4w

    erect: 7 3/4" l or 8"l if I give it a really hard push it ( is that cheating? I dunno)x 5 1/2 " w

    Thanks to Big AL and the guys here. The support is always welcomed. I did not want to rush to give out the results. I don't want to be hooked on the number. I know that if felt bigger and that was appreciated.

    Any advice heading into next week? What should be the frequency and number of reps?

    Play it by ear a bit- if the routine feels very intense then maintain on reps. If you feel that you can push a little harder, increase the volume by no more than 1-2% each subsequent session.

    For frequency, as outlined in the beginner's course:

    During weeks 1-2, you will workout 3 days per week
    During weeks 3-4, you will workout 4 days per week
    During weeks 5-6, you will workout 5 days per week, and you should try to do each routine twice a day towards your last 1-2 weeks before your layoff.

    Hey guys

    I have had an insane schedule and have not been on here lately. Last week a did PE exercises on Thursday and Sunday. I did 110 jelqs, stamina,warm up and cool down followed by 10 mins of the pump.

    I just finished my PE exercises tonight. I did 115 jelqs,stamina,warm up and cool down. I also did 10 minutes of the pump. I am hoping that the days were I find it difficult to fit in my schedule that once I start back up it won't have much effect on my routine and gains.
