Well I have been a member on this site for ages and recently "re discovered" it. I was reading some information on here that said that after a man reached the age of 30 his ligaments toughen and gains are much more difficult. Needless to say I was like holy f*CK. I am 32 and thought to myself that if I want to do this it has to be now. I usually don't tell everyone about my penis so openly so this will be a new beginning for me.

I will try to be as diligent as I can with this. Any words of encouragement are definately appreciated. My follow through can potentailly be weak so I hope to keep up the PE exercises and these entries.
I have been doing this now for 2 weeks. I have been following the begginers routine to the best of my understanding. I did my warm up for 10 minutes. I try to get it as warm/hot as I can take it. After I did my Jelqs. I did just over 100 ( I think a couple were not that good so I threw in a couple extra). I did all of the Oriental massage. Again, I thought a couple were not done well so I did a couple of extra to make up for it. I later went on to the Kegals. I think I do this very well. I did 25 of them. I find it easier with a semi/boner. I sometimes have trouble with the towel exercises. I don't have the best erections and I don't always stay fully hard whole time I do them. Today it was working in my favour and hard for most of them. I used a hand towel for this. I seem to be decent at lifting it but again need the cock to stay rock hard. I also did 25 of these. I did 3 start n stops. Those are fun because I watch online porn at the same time
I then did my cool down. I have read how important it was so I make sure I do it. I have read some other posts on here and mentioned about some use of the cock pump so I used my cock pump for 12 minutes. Any ideas for time/frequency use of the pump? After all that was done I shot a huge load. I have observed my cock feeling thicker and bigger when flaccid but have not measured. When I do my warm up/cool down I put a hot face cloth on my cock ( and balls). I find that my low hangers are getting even lower with the heat from the cloth ( or maybe the warmer weather ?).
