They’re just prosthetics and merkins, the same way penis prosthetics were used in The Boys and Gen V super hero show. It also was a running gag putting the white guy in front with a ultra small penis dancing, while a Black guy danced in the back with a large one (stereotyped typed). I wouldn't expect real dicks to be used on a DC comic book show with John Cena of all people even with a TV MA rating.
Yea, they were prosthetics, James Gunn said they were on a IG story last week.

I agree, unless they've massively stepped up the prosthetics game, I don't know how you'd hide anything. Obviously CGI is always a thing, but i think that's bro's actual big dick. And good for him. haha
Its real. I’ve met men built like that. I knew it was real as soon as I saw it, because it brought back memories. 
. That guy is blessed and cursed at the same time, because he was probably extremely excited that he was going to be in a DC property with John Cena but didn’t realize the uproar he would create. Somebody should’ve told him, but the desire to be famous makes some people desperate. Who knows maybe he did it for money but it’s out there now buddy and unfortunately people have seen it. If he’s smart, he’ll capitalize off of it. It’s like that other Black guy in Hall Pass. It drove him into seclusion, and we never saw him again, but with a big ass dick like that, what did he expect would happen?
