He was married to Filippo Timi for several hours before they broke up and Sebastiano started dating Pedro. From my understanding, according to Sebastiano’s writings, it seemed like he was in denial of being gay/forced himself to live a heterosexual life for a decent chunk of his young adulthood. I believe he was in a relationship with a woman for almost a decade(?) or so in his 20s and I guess early 30s perhaps. I don’t think they were ever married though.
