I've thought about getting one. The thing I'm not comfortable with is the fact that any hole they punch into our penis isn't going to go away. If you get a gauge that is too big, you can split the hole larger (which will hurt), or if you get to small it can cut through the hole and come off. Both of which would need reconstructive surgery to fix.

It's not something I'd even consider now, having seen a few.
