Everybody knows the rumor about muscular men and bodybuilders supposedly having small genitals, penis and/or testicles. Regardless of whether you believe the rumor or not, but knowing how widespread it is and the fact that many other people do believe it...

Do you think the widespread belief that muscular guys have a small dick or tiny balls has any impact on a guy's desire to workout and lift weights? In other words, does any guy ever hesitate to lift weights or workout too much, for fear that his manhood equipment will really become smaller and/or be judged as small by other people?

I suppose some guys might think this, but I've never heard anyone in real life say this about working out or use this as an excuse to not workout.

Anyone who thinks that working out will affect your cock in any way isn't that smart. On a sidenote, more people need to realize that doing the splits doesn't stretch your cock. I've dropped down pretty far into the splits in front of people, and watched guys grab their crotches imagining intense pain.

And I've actually been asked by one girl if I broke my cock from going too far into the splits.

People...

Also, anyone who thinks that a guy has a small cock just because he's muscular isn't that smart either.

I have never even heard of there being such a rumor. I find it incredible if such a misperception is widespread. I can think of a couple of films that included minor story points where there were muscular guys with small penises who developed their bodies in effort to help compensate for what they lacked between their legs. I can see how this may be the case in real life, but I can also believe the reverse is true in many cases, i.e., having a big dick motivates men to keep themselves in good shape in order to “complete the total package.”

This rumor possibly owes to men who use steroids, as a common side effect of steroid use is loss of testicle size. I know guys who use or have used steroids and have balls the size of marbles. I personally think it’s a bad trade-off.

Actually I have heard that NOT working can make it smaller. My doctor told one of her male patients witn an abundant abdomen , "When you can see your friend, then you have lost enough weight" . End of story.

The rumor is probably based on the fact that when you work large muscle groups, they demand more of your blood. It rushes away from other areas. Post and mid-workout, that gives some guys a small flaccid.

That is part of why some bodybuilders looks small in their modeling shorts at bodybuilding shows- they "pump" before they go onstage to make their muscles nice and full of blood. Pumping isn't done with a pump, rather, it refers to pumping blood to the muscles, through weightlifting.

I guess some people also think that a bodybuilder must be "compensating" for a small dick. Some people think if you have a nice car, you're compensating for a small dick.

So I guess that means it's better to be a weakling with a POS car!

ridiculous

Completely ridiculous...It's like using the name of a well endowed porn star as your user name to "compensate" for a small dick...ridiculous

The hulks that compete in professional bodybuilding use steroids. Steroid use shrinks the nads, which is why they don't show much of any bulge in their posing bikinis. Normal weight lifting will not have a negative effect on your equipment. In fact it will increase your sex drive.

As Vince said this all comes from males using steroids and one of the negative side affects of this is the old pea balls issue. It is very common with any "roid heads".

...think its moreso that a lot of muscular guys started to work out to compensate for their small cock. I have a bunch of friends who are all about 5.5-6" and they ALL work out and have since highschool for this reason. i didnt work out until late 20s because i was alwasy lean and had a big cock - didnt feel the need.
sure, there are some guys who are both muscular and have a large cock, but not very often as for the reason stated above.

It might surprise you that not all us so-called "hulks" use anabolic steroids, especially if one's interested in obtaining a Pro Card. Check out the site: DrugFreeBodyBuilding.com - Natural Bodybuilding - Build Muscle Mass
It's all about meeting one's goals with proper training, nutrition and the use of supplements,

As for the remark about not showing much of a bulge....more crap or nonsense...I've seen most of my peers completely naked at one time or another flaccid...which isn't much of a mark of anything...except maybe that they're growers and unlike the guys in the following cartoon are not showers and have the ability to control their urges around another buff guy.
