This is the tricky bit - in the US with our insurance - coverage may vary. I hear that one of the major insurance companies wont cover implants. Period. For mine there was a co-pay and hospital fees - and I have a PPO. Hospital fees I think were $1,200 and Co-pay was $2,400. If I needed to get it and it WASN'T covered I hear costs can be 20-30k.
The one thing to remember is that an implant is a choice for last resort. You don't get one to get bigger - you get one so you can be functional. As one doctor put it, if enlargements were really a thing, the doctors / people in charge of the solution would be so wealthy they'd make Warran Buffett look like a pauper and porn would be filled with people who have 20 inch dicks.
