I'm thinking about to get a penis pump. Looking for advice how to select pump. Which type, air or water?
Should I select cylinder that also fit the balls, type Dr Kaplan?
How do I select best size for my penis?
//thanks for help

When ordering a cylinder be 100% honest about you erection's current, ACTUAL length and girth.

Then choose one that is an inch or so longer, for starters. It will be a waste of your money to buy one that is a much larger size, that you aspire to.

Start out slow, patient and confident that you will increase your size to fit it, with a lot of time spent practicing. Then later on, after you have made some gains in size, move up another "notch" to a larger sized cylinder.

Just my suggestion. (NOT an expert on this topic!)

Air pump. Some people like the comfort of warm water (and it acts as a lens, maker your penis look bigger), but air pumps are less mess and equally effective, in my opinion. I think the Kaplan pump is overpriced - you can get a cheap electric pump for less than $40 online.

Ditto on ActionBuddy's recommendations - don't go too long (maybe 2 or 3 inches longer than your erect length, max) and make sure the width of the cylinder isn't too wide. You're better off starting with a narrower cylinder (0.5 or 1 inch bigger diameter than your erect girth) and graduate to a wider one later.

You'll want a rubber or plastic gasket for comfort and sealing at the end - be careful to clean it with warm water and use a water-based lubricant (silicone lube can damage plastic).
