Anybody ever used/know about the Penomet pump

It's similar in function to the bathmate, both use water vs air for the vacuum action. Different size tube but now bathmate has many different size tubes. The penomet uses different interchangeable gators at the base for varied spring rates. Different water control valves, the penomet is easier to use a wine-vac to increase vacuum of the tube.

How would the Penomet be geared more towards length than girth than versus the BM when the designs are essentially the same (different valves)?

I ve used a Penomet for the last 2 years, lenght stayed more or less the same, but I've got a 20/25 %increase in the girth, now I' m over 6 inches. The girth is extreme after the workout but it lasts for about 3/4 hours. After time you see some increase that' s my experience. Never tried the BM though so I cannot tell the difference.

Penomet is great for girth gains, I gained almost an inch in girth over the last 2 years. Got maybe a 0.3 in lenght as well, but as far as I see it the gains in girth were almost immediate and cemented through practice. My dick became also veinier with some veins popping out after some months. After the workout the girth is extreme, looks like a meatbat, stays like that for 3/4 hours. Great before sex.
The pic was taken immediately after an intense combined workout, thickness at the bottom was 7.2 inches, ususally is 6.3 inc.

Never tried the BM, but I thought that Penomet was more thickness oriented than the BM. The Penomet tube is scratching my skin now, I would need something larger, was thinking about BM Goliath, any suggestion?

so with the penomet the diameter of the tube does not change as you change the gaiters, but as you go up in sizes with the bathmate, the diameter does increase. once you've reached your max diameter for the tube you're using, you can only travel one direction really: into the tube.

Isn't this a bit misleading? This is moving up in tube diameter - a whole new device... not the base unit as designed. In other words if you took a 3" tube that was designed by Penomet and a 3" tube by Bathmate then they are going to be the same thing. Of course the Bathmate is going to "be geared towards girth" if you have to buy a whole new unit with a new diameter.

they are a for profit business. To be fair, Girth is tougher to accommodate immediately in comparison to length (though it is what's generally desired). Considering it often takes years to max a tube size if you got the proper one and are average to start, $200/12 months is easy to afford, but it's a lump sum payment is all.

3 or 4 hours or 3/4's of an hour?

3 to 4 hours, even after a day there is still some thickness, but mainly the penis get enlarged mainly by the fluids building up in the skin.
