Performance anxiety

Obviously, most guys are going to be pretty embarrassed about talking about this kind of thing...

but I was with a lady last night, and I couldn't even get an erection. I managed to, but as we started going at it, I lost it again.

I'm horrified, because it's been a long time since I had sex (because life need my attentions elsewhere), and I had trouble getting into the mood because I had really bad anxiety. It really sucked and I felt horrible and she was cool, but honest, about it, saying it was cool, but that she didn't leave satisfied.

I need to know how to get over this. and I'm completely at a loss...

Have a drink. No TV. Music. And try dimming lights more.
What were u talking to yourself about in the moment? Don't think about work. Take a break and enjoy the intimacy.

Try to relax. Leave work at work and issues that you can't change behind. Get a drink and unwind. .
