Well, what i know is drinking pineapple and cranberry juices it taste sweet!!!

This is all very true! And it's true for the taste of a woman also. I have a partner who is diabetic. I used to ask him all the time if he was dibetic, and urged him to get tested. My biggest clue? He was sweeter than anything I've known. Not that it was unpleasant or anything.
