grief is an odd choice of words... i would not put temporary geographical separation on a level with bereavement.

actually, that's made me feel better.
it's not like he's dead!

...though i might still die from lack of sex.

not if I can help it !
if it's just temporary you should relax babe
temporary makes it a lot better

Dolf, I wanted to post something like this for a while. I'm married to a musician who has been on the road for the past two years, and it just doesn't get easier. What makes it worse is that he's been in the studio for the past few months and it's wonderful having him home at night. But he's been in Austin for the last week and won't be coming back until next Sunday. For some reason, I miss him even more now, and yes, I'm pining.

It just might be the surgery or the fact that we've had an almost six week abstinence because of the damn surgery, but I'm past ready for him to be home!!!

Dammit, Cap!!! Come home!

Yes it hurts. Luckily nothing stays the same and time does pass , however slowly it appears to be doing so. Hope the wait is tolerable as you get accustomed.

Just saw this thread! I'm totally going through this at the minute. Despite the meathead response of "get wanking you wanker!" it's crap. Even wanking is crap. Unfortunately for me instead of not eating I am finding that I am missing meals (unintentionally) and then realising I'm really hungry and eating junk. It sucks ass.
