It's not necessarily gonorrhea. I've had this exact same thing happen in December and it turned out to just be a UTI. Both will produce a cloudy discharge (well at least I know they can in males). Having a UTI also doesn't always have the "pissing shards of glass" feeling many say it does (mine didn't) so it's still a toss up between a UTI or gonorrhea or even chlamydia. I'd say the safest bet is to go get tested though.

There is actually a medical term for it, which I can't recall. I got worried too the first time it happened to me. Basically what happens is while your bladder is contracting after urinating to get that last little bit of urine out these contractions will also affect the prostate. If your prostate is full of semen these bladder contractions will force small amounts of semen out. Talk about leaping to the worst possible conclusion. I think that testing is just a waste to time, clearly the answer is to get out the cleaver and chop it off now before the condition worsens.

Are you kidding me? That is not an STD. This has happened to me a few times as well after edging or being aroused for hours without cumming.
