Please identify the brand of these briefs

Is anybody able to identify the brand of the white briefs in this picture? I'd really appreciate it, as I've been trying to guess it for years without success.
The model is Brett St. Claire, who used to appear in the International Male catalog.

I recognize that guy I never met him but I saw huge poster of him and another models like Cameron Mattisson.. at the Corporate office of international male in San Diego I was one of the Manages at the Store in San Diego in Hillcrest those briefs actually look like a RounderBum .. I don’t know if Int… male sold those … those look very hot look like a bulge enhancing ones !!

I'm not so sure if those briefs are RounderBum. This brand seems to be relatively new, whereas the briefs in Brett's pic above should be perhaps from the 2000s?

wow… snd at that time International Male bought from other underwear manufactures not only IM or undergear.. but GregHome, go-softwear Male Power etc .. I’m sorry I couldn’t figure it out.

Thanks a lot for your insights. I'll keep on searching. I contacted RounderBum, and it seems it's not their brand.
