Sounds like you’ve bought one that’s too wide for you. There shouldn’t be room to suck the balls in. You’ll also be losing suction when the vacuum is great enough for the same reason.

Can agree with you there it is very wide. However I'm 8inches when fully erect and the size are between 7 or 9 so had to go with the x90. Next one down would have been too small.

I've realised recently that if I use it with the measurement label facing away from me then it's alot more comfortable and my balls don't want to get sucked up. It has a crescent shape on one side that fits me a lot better.
