never use vaseline when pumping your cock..use a non tacky water based lube.. LIQUID SILK..and plenty of it, do this about every 20 mins. never pump your cock without lube , you will get blisters form on your bell end, and to much vacuum pressure will cause the same.

I've found coconut oil works best. Silicon rings are resistant to it, but I wouldn't risk anything latex. I put the jar of oil in the fridge and just scrape a few shards off with my thumb nail and slap it on my dick where it dissolves immediately. No mess!

Oh man what a bummer. I used to use extra virgin [ha!] olive oil until I realised that over time it oxidises and turns black!. A ton of underpants jockstraps and T-Shirts ruined

THose of you with your testicles in the pump, what's the max pressure you can use for testicles? I'm surprised to see you guys get so big, because i read you could only use very mild pressure if you pump with testicles in the tube.

I started at -3 and gradually built up to -7. When I get a bigger cylinder I start at -3 again.
