Problem with balls when running

What are you wearing underneath? You obviously need something to keep them from bouncing. A jockstrap or compression underwear could solve your problem. I like running and I Always wear compression underwear. Not only it keeps your crownjewels safe and firm, but it is very comfortable to wear.

I startend running but have a problem with mine running short. The shop advised to wear online a thight short.
The bulge is embrassing but that is what it is. More the problem that the bounchi g hurts mine balls. What do you big men wear?

It may be old fashioned, but I wear a jock when i'm running. compression are just too tight and a jock seems to hold the twins just perfectly.

A runner/swimmer jock strap is your friend to keep the bouncing balls in check. Once your balls are not bouncing the hurt should go away. I like your attitude about your bulge, as you say it is what it is, do not worry about it, own it your a male.

I always see those in the stores and wonder how the fit is. Good product and support?

Yeah, although I am not as hung as most guys here I am above average and they support the goods very well! I love the feel of them, absolutely great for running!

Exactly what I wear. They are fantastic.
I found that UA xmchanged the design and too loose in waist and not enough pouch - used to love them - hate them now - I just run in dri fit Nike running shorts with a built in underwear - prefer the feeling of running basically naked with some loose support.

It's a problem in the heat here for sure with them slapping about all over the place but I just can't seem to get on with underwear I just find it too restricting so I just go freeballing / commando but ye it's an issue

UA did change the design, but they still offer the Original Boxerjock with mesh pouch which is what I prefer. I get the ones with the 3" inseam. They come in 6" and 9". I don't know why guys are so afraid to show some thigh these says. The pouch is ample (I am not one of the foot-longers, like many guys on here). When I am running, they feel so light and my junk stays in place and the mesh keeps it cool. I get them at the UA outlet stores as it seems the 3"-ers don't sell so well.

In my competitive days, I used a Bike swimmer's jock, but they've been discontinued. I do dress out in public and there seems to be an assumption that anyone in a jock likes gay watersports and fisting. It is amazing the stereotypes perpetuated by gay porn.
