I've never paid for it (and don't have the courage to try offering money for it either) but I've blown a few uber drivers before. Be it as payment or as just a little extra, for fun. Each time happened naturally, discreetly and very late at night. Where I'm from many drivers advertise their "services" on Twitter though, so it's a bit easier to find them. I found a couple of them through Twitter, actually.

Well, it's kinda hard to give tips about this sort of thing because it very much depends on where you live. All drivers I've found so far are locals, and openly advertise their "services" either through information in their bio or by posting clips of their hookups with clients. So I just DM them and set things up. Some do it for a little extra, some just because it's a relatively easy way to get laid. Some will even give you the ride for free if they like you enough. At least here in Brazil, the NSFW part of Twitter often doubles as a hookup app with a ton of gay and bi guys finding each other through retweets and likes on posts by accounts specifically about crusing. So it didn't take long for me to find drivers who are down to fuck.
So I guess this is the main tip I can give you, look for local cruising accounts and work from there. That should be a good starting point.

It seems that, in certain contexts, when uber/taxi drivers start asking too many questions about your personal life, especially questions related to your romatic life, they're probing to see if you'd be down to fuck. From what I've seen, done and read, it's how 90% of these situations start; they pick someone up very late at night, usually leaving a club or party, make some small talk, check to see if you have a partner and depending on how you play your cards you could get lucky.
