I used the "My Fantasy" prostate massager several times. And is an awesome toy. With help of an app you can download for android and iPhones, several settings can be chosen.

Interesting looking toy, but yah you aren't going to get much out of it. These toys, to me in my opinion, have a look that says "wow that's a cool shape I bet it'll feel great in me, and do great things too" but in reality they are not the best toys for achieving real prostate stimulation and orgasms.

You nailed it on the head when you said it doesn't stay in you without holding it in place. Go for a toy that has a tapered base, not a bigger base than the head and body. Really any of the Aneros models are going to work for you. They are designed to not slip/shoot out of you, especially if you are on your back. I always am on my back. With your knees up legs bent, the toy has freedom of movement, and you can touch your whole body no problem.

I have the We-Vibe Vector+. Its bluetooth enabled so you can control different vibration patterns through your phone. I haven't had a prostate orgasm yet, but it does feel really good

I know from personal experience that I only like mild, low, soft vibration from any toy that goes in me. If its too strong it feels good for about 15 seconds and then its too strong and numbs everything inside me. I strongly recommand motion over vibration. Of cause, everybody is different, but for me the vibration have a numbing effect. While it's really fun and I use it something, I have stronger result with only the motion. I tried multiple model and this is the best one: Thor Rotating Prostate Massager. The secret is in the "hey come here" mouvement. Other brands probably have something similar. Thor is a bit big for a beginner. They also have a smaller model called tomo. Also really good, but a bit fragile.
