Simple and pure $hit perhaps? I have never seen anything else coming out from there. Unless they mean the extra ejaculatory fluid the prostate would create because of the stimulation.

Never, and I would let no one to do it. I don't like at all even being touched down there. Being forced to go to a urologist for a prostate check is my nightmare.
