Thumbnail gallery pages are your only option if you count movies. However most of them don't have file formats that your PSP can play. For videos it plays only mp4's and maybe wmv's (not sure on that). Most thumbnail gallery pages link to sites that have the short clips, but they are almost always mpegs, which don't play.
SO, try to fine ones that deal with mp4's, a good way to do this would be for mobile or ipod/phone sites, or say they work for those. I don't know how well this will work though since I don't really have to worry about that.
I've got a hacked PSP, which means I can use a homebrew app called Ultimate PSP tube to browse sites like pornhub and such, also Go!Tube can play all of those file types, so there is that.

If you want to convert porn (or any videos) you have to play on your PSP I suggest MediaCoder. It converts every file format I've thrown at it and DVDs. Works fast and easy to use.
