I watch the pic over and over again but I don't understand what you mean. Please, tell me, why is that bulge unusual? Thank you!

For the (not unattractive) size of the bulge, the bulge is extremely confined in the most low part of the crotch of the trousers. Most of the area above and left of it is empty. Whatever that bulge contains looks like very stuffed down in the lowest part of the crotch of the trousers

That is not unusual. For me, it is very uncomfortable to have my genitals in the middle of jeans. I always stuff everything down the left leg. Sometimes, if the jeans fit snug, there is not enough room, and I have to place one or both balls on the right side, by my cock always hangs down the left leg. I believe this is true for many men.
