I am looking for a product suggestion for a vacuum tube specifically designed to isolate the scrotum. I don't want to pump my cock, just my balls. All I have right now is a straight-walled tube designed for a cock but that doesn't allow for ball expansion in all directions, it just pulls my balls down. Novice pumper here. Just started. Any tips for that Duffy swollen sack and cock? Is that only from saline injections or am I missing something? My sack def gets larger and my testicles are veins are hard as fuck but I can’t seem to get that full puffy sack. Tips?

I wonder if there is a way to pump your balls to get real low hangers that look normal. I didn't look at all the ball pumping pictures but the ones I did look at appeared freakish.
