Pumping High Pressure Vs Low Pressure For Permanent Growth

Hey guys, pumping newb here. I see you taking about pressure in Hg as a measurement. I have a basic ball squeeze pump. It only can get so much pressure before the ball will no longer inflatate again therefore it's basically the max pressure that can be had. I assume this is about the same for all hand ball pumps... Any guesses on how many Hg of pressure that would be?

None! I recommend getting a hand pump with a gage

When I pump, I keep the psi between 5 to 10. I'll go up to 15 psi for about a minute.

I recently started pumping for the first time and I was hoping for some advice from people who have done it more longterm. Any advice is welcome!

One thing I’ve noticed is that I find it difficult to stay hard while my dicks in the pump, if I were able to stroke it while it was in there I wouldn’t have a problem. Lol. Any advice?

Buy a Phallosan Forte or other extender, they increase base girth.

Yeah. I had pink semen, so that made me lower the pressure. That was scary. I'm black, so discoloration isn't an issue so far

Yep. It happened before. Never had it before pumping. Usually clears up quick though. Like a day or 2. And it was painless which made it odd.

7hg seams to be my magic number. After a wrap with a warm rice bag I start in a 1.75" tube till full girth filled. Takes about 15-20. Then on to a 2" tube for 3 hours with a break every hour.

The warm rice bag or neck therapy bag sounds like a great idea. I have known about this for years and have not employed it. Thanks

The first 60 minutes I keep the pressure at 3HG because if I start at 5HG my dck will get edema that will last through out all my sets.

It seems you must first warm your dck up with low pressure (3HG) and a heating pad for temperature Then slowly take it to 5HG.

Should upgrade your setup if you're looking to see what hg you're pumping at. Try LeLuv as they have nice packages that will get you properly started for under $100.
