Pygeum overload! (No pun intended!!)

When I've taken lecithin alone (2400mg a day), and it made my cum noticeably thicker. In fact, I stopped taking it because I found it was getting uncomfortably thick. I wanted to do the thing where you gradually add more supplements over time, but I think I'm going to have to start off on something else (like pygeum), before I start adding lecithin back in.

I was pretty religious about not missing doses and drank at least 3L of water a day. Kept at it during August and September. Currently taking October off to “cycle,” which people seem to say is important but I’m not sure I really understand. Planning to start back up in November.

My Stack:

Morning (usually when I first got up, with coffee and water but no food before working out):
  • 2x 1200mg Sunflower Lecithin (NOW brand)
  • 2x 500mg Pygeum (Swanson)
  • 3x 500mg Celery Seed (Vitamin Shoppe – says 1500mg on label, but nutrition info says serving size is 3 capsules and that is 1500mg so assume each is 500mg)
After lunch:
  • 2x 1200mg Sunflower Lecithin (NOW brand)
  • 1x 25mg Zinc (Nature’s Bounty 50mg tabs, broken in half)
  • 3x 500mg Celery Seed (Vitamin Shoppe)
  • added after first couple of weeks: 2x 500mg Pygeum (Swanson)
Evening (usually after dinner but sometimes before):
  • 2x 1200mg Sunflower Lecithin (NOW brand)
  • 2x 500mg Pygeum (Swanson)
  • 3x 500mg Celery Seed (Vitamin Shoppe)

Results:

First couple weeks, not much change. Never really had any problems with upset stomach or anything else. Did notice I began to pee a lot more.

After about two weeks, I got results. Noticeably more precum, for sure, enough to coat my cock while jacking off and often drip to the ground. Especially when edging or when very turned on. Could also produce with reverse kegals or pushing right below my balls (taint). Experienced a couple “spurts” when edging, though certainly not something I can make happen.

More surprising, I found I was “hanging heavier” most days. Cock felt fuller. Woke up with morning wood from time to time. Perhaps most surprisingly of all, I found getting an erection much easier and stayed hard easier as well. In general, at the risk of sounding ridiculous, my cock felt great.

Within a week of stopping this month, I pretty much reverted to how things were before August.

Questions:

How long should I ‘cycle?’ I read somewhere two months on, one month off, so that’s what I’m doing, but is there any science or logic behind this?

Is 3L water enough? Too much?

Am I taking too much Pygeum? I think most people seem to do 2 pills twice a day. I’m doing 2 pills 3x. Is there any danger of doing that much? I really don’t want to overdo it – note my caution on zinc.

Observations:

I did not experience noticeably more cum. Occasionally a little more or less, but I think that’s normal variation. More when I edged, but again I think that’s normal. Cum was maybe a little thicker and less translucent (my cum was previously sometimes watery or cloudy).

Some people here seem really concerned with whether it’s precum or prostate fluid or whatever. I honestly don’t care – happy whatever it is – but will report that it was sometimes clear but sometimes cloudy.

Finally, in the spirit of, everyone’s body reacts differently, I will report that before I started this stack, I always produced some precum, maybe above average as partners’ had commented on it. Had produced, and continued to while on the stack, an average amount of cum in a cumshot.
 
I have been taking 2grams of pygeum per day. i believe that is 2000mg per day for the last week and today while I was taking a dump i felt like I had to pee only it was a water fall of precum like I have never experienced before. To explain the cycling...
see it like a parent giving kid money. Say you give a kid an allowance. (this will be the on cycle) He will learn that the money he needs is coming when he needs it and relies on you to give it to him.
Now say you taught the kid how to earn money by getting a job. (this will be the off cycle) After a while, he'll make do with what he's got and eventually be good.
So next time he comes around, you reward him for his work by giving him allowance WHILE he is working. (this will be another on cycle) Since he learned to make money, he will increase his income because he gets the supplementation from you as well as making it on his own.
Another off cycle comes and he has learned that he likes the money. So now he works more and harder at getting his own money because he's adapted to a life of a certain amount of $$$.
You see that he's working hard so you give him his allowance (a smaller amount) back into the mix WHILE he is working hard. (this will be another on cycle) Now he's seeing alot more production and is getting used to working harder to get the rewards.
As you decrease the money, he learns to make more money and before you know it... he doesn't need the allowance anymore.
At least... that's how I see it.
As for the questions:
I'd go 1 month off and 2 months on
The water you drink is good. You can never take in too much. I drink about 2 gallons a day
Pygeum is hit or miss with some folks. When I'm on it, I take 1 pill 2 times a day because I don't like how it thickens my cum. Some people have mentioned it will give them upset stomachs if too much is ingested.

its precum in the photo. I generally only got a drop or two unless I really work at it- in which I’ll get a third drop

Lecithin is Now brand
Celery seed is Swanson
L-Argenine is a generic store brand at 500 mg

There is one question. Are you guys sure that the increased fluid is precum from cowper's gland? Semen is made up by many different fluids from different glands. The original fluid coming from the testicle with sperm in it is also transparent, sticky thing just like precum. Is it possible that we are not leaking precum, but actually leaking sperm all the time? I think someone should collect the leakage and get a lab test to see what exactly did it come from and if there is any sperm in it.

I'm thinking of starting my stack again, but I've been dripping pretty good without it. It's been a few weeks since I stopped. (I'm on an off cycle)

Been two weeks of taking supplements now and while no increase in pre cum or volume my cum is noticeably thicker/whiter.
I have to say I just spent a week bow hunting and my water intake was less and my alcohol intake was greater lol. Not sure if this played a role or not as you get dehydrated from alcohol.
I also see people take 2400 mg of lecithin and I only take 1200. Should I increase? I don’t take celery seed either.
Tips suggestions appreciated .
