Long time listener, first time caller.
Been meaning to report on my experience for a while now. I dabbled a bit over the summer but starting at the beginning of August I began the regimen below. I was pretty religious about not missing doses and drank at least 3L of water a day. Kept at it during August and September. Currently taking October off to “cycle,” which people seem to say is important but I’m not sure I really understand. Planning to start back up in November.
My Stack:
Morning (usually when I first got up, with coffee and water but no food before working out):
- 2x 1200mg Sunflower Lecithin (NOW brand)
- 2x 500mg Pygeum (Swanson)
- 3x 500mg Celery Seed (Vitamin Shoppe – says 1500mg on label, but nutrition info says serving size is 3 capsules and that is 1500mg so assume each is 500mg)
After lunch:
- 2x 1200mg Sunflower Lecithin (NOW brand)
- 1x 25mg Zinc (Nature’s Bounty 50mg tabs, broken in half)
- 3x 500mg Celery Seed (Vitamin Shoppe)
- added after first couple of weeks: 2x 500mg Pygeum (Swanson)
Evening (usually after dinner but sometimes before):
- 2x 1200mg Sunflower Lecithin (NOW brand)
- 2x 500mg Pygeum (Swanson)
- 3x 500mg Celery Seed (Vitamin Shoppe)
Results:
First couple weeks, not much change. Never really had any problems with upset stomach or anything else. Did notice I began to pee a lot more.
After about two weeks, I got results. Noticeably more precum, for sure, enough to coat my cock while jacking off and often drip to the ground. Especially when edging or when very turned on. Could also produce with reverse kegals or pushing right below my balls (taint). Experienced a couple “spurts” when edging, though certainly not something I can make happen.
More surprising, I found I was “hanging heavier” most days. Cock felt fuller. Woke up with morning wood from time to time. Perhaps most surprisingly of all, I found getting an erection much easier and stayed hard easier as well. In general, at the risk of sounding ridiculous, my cock felt great.
Within a week of stopping this month, I pretty much reverted to how things were before August.
Questions:
How long should I ‘cycle?’ I read somewhere two months on, one month off, so that’s what I’m doing, but is there any science or logic behind this?
Is 3L water enough? Too much?
Am I taking too much Pygeum? I think most people seem to do 2 pills twice a day. I’m doing 2 pills 3x. Is there any danger of doing that much? I really don’t want to overdo it – note my caution on zinc.
Observations:
I did not experience noticeably more cum. Occasionally a little more or less, but I think that’s normal variation. More when I edged, but again I think that’s normal. Cum was maybe a little thicker and less translucent (my cum was previously sometimes watery or cloudy).
Some people here seem really concerned with whether it’s precum or prostate fluid or whatever. I honestly don’t care – happy whatever it is – but will report that it was sometimes clear but sometimes cloudy.
Finally, in the spirit of, everyone’s body reacts differently, I will report that before I started this stack, I always produced some precum, maybe above average as partners’ had commented on it. Had produced, and continued to while on the stack, an average amount of cum in a cumshot.
