I haven't been on a stack for the last few months due to surgery. But previously, I was taking pygeum, lechitin, and celery seed capsules on and off for the past few years. I'm guessing my body got used to precumming a lot that it can do it on its own, though not as much as that night.

One thing I will note is that I've been drinking a lot more water since the surgery and that helps immensely. I drink about 4-5 liters a day, which really makes a difference in the precum/cum department. When they say drink plenty of water, they mean it.
 
Hey all, never posted here before, but have lurked for ages to see the hot flows you all have going.

A little while ago, my doctor put me on phosphodatylcholine powder for my nerves and I noticed it made me precum more. Some searching and I found out it's derived from, you guessed it, lecithin. It's a phoshoplipid and it's responsible for cell wall stability and a lot of mucus is made of it, like almost 90 percent of your intestine mucus is made from it so it can actually help with Chron's disease and IBS, just a fun tidbit. He also has me on lemon balm tea, and I've noticed it ramp up my sex drive, which I'm sure helps with production if you're turned on all the time, haha.

I am a 40 y/o on Day Eleven of taking a supplement stack:
  1. Morning: 2 Fish oil, 1 Men's Multi-vit (with Zinc), 1 Pygeum (464mg), 1 Celery Seed 1,000mg), 1 Fenugreek (610mg), 1 Lecithin (1200mg)
  2. Mid-Morning: 1 Go-Man Plus (Horny Goat Weed, Ginkgo) 1 Fish oil, 1 Pygeum, 1 Celery Seed, 1 Fenugreek, 1 Lecithin,
  3. Lunch: 1 Fish oil, 1 Pygeum, 1 Fenugreek, 1 Lecithin (no Celery seed here as it says only take three a day)
  4. Dinner: 1 Fish oil, 1 Pygeum, 1 Fenugreek, 1 Lecithin, 1 Celery Seed - plus my daily PrEP dose
  • I also take some Arginine powder every second day with a pre-workout before gym
Method: I've had some sex and edged once, while edging I sit on some balled up socks (I read somewhere that grinding your perineum like this can instigate activation in the gland) for > 60 mins. I ensure good hydration, I've even cut out coffee every second day so that I can limit the dehydrating effects.

Results so far: Nothing. Not a drop of precum, nor a tingle in urethra or anything. No noticeable change in semen quantity either (ejaculating into condom, but not measuring it in any scientific way).

I'll follow the stack right through until I finish all supplement containers. But I'm not sure it's worth the time and monetary expense.

Been on Pygeum, L-Arginine, and Lecithin. Going to add Zinc this week. I've noticed that I'm starting to precum more than what I used to, which was hardly at all if I did. I'm trying to get to where you are and wet my underwear or have "snail trails" when I get turned on. Waiting to see what its like when I'm with someone in if I will precum more and shoot more. I've masturbated some and notice a bit of a difference.
 
I just took my first dose of my stack. Hoping for lots of precum to come. I normally can get a few drops if I'm edging, but I'd like to leak!

I took:
1x500mg pygeum
1x1000mg L-Arginine
1x1200mg Lecithin
1x teaspoon celery seed

Does this seem like a good stack? I plan on going on for 2 months and off for 1 and drinking lots of water, as @b3ar recommends.

Wish me luck. I will keep posting updates. Let me know if there is anything I should try or keep in mind. How long did it take before most of you saw changes?

Have noticed that after pre cumming once in a blue moon, I'm starting to notice it is making a difference. Jacked off twice last week and noticed I leaked enough to cover the head and a little bit of my shaft. Also noticed when looking a porn pics and vids on here, when I go to the bathroom I have a little leakage going on and noticed "snail trails" (dried up pre cum) in my underwear. So, after 2 doses I had a massive cum load. I was edging for a very short while, and I did have a bit more precum than I would normally expect. Something I was taking is making me have to piss very frequently. I think that must be the pygeum. Perhaps 500mg is too much. I will continue tomorrow and keep reporting results.

After a few months apart from any supplement of the original stack I started again this week with L-arginine and zinc will add lecithin this weekend.
Zinc is awesome for cum and precum volume, but dont exceed 100 mg. I keep it at 50mg and it works pretty good.
 
Just giving a progress report. Things seem to be going great so far. Been dosing for a month midway through upped my Pygeum to 2 1000mg/day, Lecithin 2400mg 1x/day, L-Arginine 1000mg 1x/day. Noticing more precum than what I have had. Yesterday had a long rope hanging down to about my knee before I hopped in the shower (Pic is in my profile pics). Today went to run errands and a doublelist hookup finally had time to get together. He just wanted to give me a blow and go in the car. Finally get together in a lot, and I open my pants and I was already starting to leak. He sucked for a while and then I gave him a break to blow him some. When I pull back to get him back on me I'm still leaking mildly (which is still more than I ever did in the past). I was pretty impressed. Hydration is key, but don't be too paranoid about excess. It's really more about the rate of your water intake. As long as you're not drinking large volumes all at once over a short period you'll be just fine. Best of luck with your goals!

@miker875 Yah drinking lots of water, but the other day was ridiculous. I couldn't go 30 minutes without pissing.

@1nv1ctu5 I have tried pygeum before, but i was never super consistent with it.
For me, if I am taking zinc I have to pee frequently.
 
I'm a new member, but I've followed this site and thread for a while. I started following due to ED issues and loss of sensation caused by health conditions and some previous surgeries. Thanks to the knowledge from others on this site, I had a huge breakthrough this week.

I tried the holy grail several times over the years and had mixed results. Most of the time the results were just mediocre..nothing like some of the others on here. I almost gave up. This week (5 days into it) I found my own little stack by accident. This was a game changer for me...to the point where the pre will just start pumping and go continuously. Before, if I could even get hard, I could usually manage a bead or two to roll down. Now thick ropes pump out in contractions! Hands free. I still think the results are going to get even better. Erection quality is awesome and sponteous..(something I have struggled with for too long)...and drive is through the roof. Sensation is absolutely insane..bordering on too sensitive. Volume is ridiculous. So here is what I'm doing for now. I'd be interested to see if it would work for anyone else having problems.

Pygeum 100 mg (1 capsule twice a day)
Sunflower Lecithin 1200 mg (1 a day)
Celery seed 505 (2 capsules a day)
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 cup blended smoothie (watermelon with some rind, lemon with rind) red grapes, and pomegranate)

The olive oil and smoothie took it beyond the next level. I found that too much lecithin gets painful for me. I guess everyone reacts differently. Anyway, thanks for knowledge shared. I needed to get that part of my life back!
