Been lurking here and other places for a while now, over the past few few days I have read this entire thread, and decided to jump in and start to add some input.
Many years ago, when I was a much younger man, I had zero problems, and while my pre-cum was not copious it was there. As I aged that diminished and over the past few years there has been none. Despite my level of excitedness I was drier than a nun's vagina in the sahara.
Recently I have developed a few problems. While I can get erect, my boners are not nearly what they used to be. While I understand that at the ripe old age of 43 that was to be expected the larger problem is that about half-way through the act I lose my erection and can't finish. So, here we go:
Date of last ejaculation: 2/13/18 method was manual stimulation
Last attempt of ejaculation: Attempted sex on 2/15 with no finish (to the point my wife even asked what's going on with my dick as this has become more of a problem)
Current method of restriction: chastity cage worn full time starting afternoon of 2/18/18 after a bit of grounds maintenance. Don't judge. I like how it looks and feels.
Current supplement load:
- Evening 2/20 - 1000mg of L-Arginine
- Morning 2/21 - 1000mg of L-Arginine
- Lunchtime 2/21 UPS shipment arrived
- To kick things off with a bang and establish a baseline in the body I did the following:
- 2 * 1200mg of Lecithin
- 4 * 100mg of Pygeum bark (standardized to contain 12% phytosterols)
- Additionally to speed things along to the places that these supplements need to go I rectally administered:
- 2 * 1200mg of Lecithin
- 2 * 100mg of Pygeum
This evening I will do the following:
- 1 * 1000mg of L-Arginine
- 1 * 1200mg of Lecithin
- 2 * 100mg of Pygeum
Hydration:
I drink a LOT of coffee throughout the day. I will be halting coffee consumption at noon and switching to water. The last time I did this my goal was to drink 3 liters of water before bed.
That will become my normal routine each morning and evening. To cover it again to cut down on confusion later in the thread:
Morning:
Coffee allowed until noon
1 * 1000mg of L-Arginine
1 * 1200mg of Lecithin
2 * 100mg of Pygeum
Evening:
Water only starting at noon
1 * 1000mg of L-Arginine
1 * 1200mg of Lecithin
2 * 100mg of Pygeum
I will run with that for a bit, and see what happens. If I am not happy with the results I will be adding celery seed with each dosing as B3ar does and 50mg of zinc with morning dosing.
