So I have been on pygeum for a few months now. Having read so many posts I realized that I had read something that absolutely applies to me, but I overlooked. In my normal, everyday life, I don't drip one bit of precum, and even when partially aroused I often don't. Didn't before and don't now even after having taken this stuff for a long enough period for it to have taken affect. However, when I am highly aroused the amount I produce is definitely greater, and I produce it more quickly and for a longer period of time. In truth, that is exactly what I was after, but didn't see the forest for the trees.

Yes. It took maybe a week. That said, different supplements affect people different ways, so no reason to believe you'll react the same as me.

I’m seeing a lot of giving up after a week or two, guys - there are no instant results, take it slow and be constant, like anything in life.
I don’t know that any of these “kill wood” and anyway, you should occasionally let it rest for a few days and then see what happens. When you’re anxious with wanting something, it likely won’t happen. Just my word of support to y’all.

I'm using this one since nearly 10 months on and off circling. For me it got the desired effects.
Don't take more then one a day though. Made my cum to thick to shoot it.

I used that one a entire bottle but only got some better effects now with 1000mg pills...but I gotta push it out and it's only like a tiny splurt..hmm

1000 mg of concentrate? O.O okay would be way to much. Donno if you switched to normal bark now and the 100 mg concentrate made your ore to thick.
Well... Without supplements it would be extended edging, diving into some fictional storys and trying not to fap and cum for like three days, only edging. Try to learn the Kegel and reverse kegel. And last thing... Lots of water.

When it comes to taking supplements in addition to zinc and pygeum, it would be Black Maca, terbulus terestris and l-arginin to add to your stack. That are the most common used in the combination that increases cum Volumen, increases libido and makes your boner harder.

Have you been only on pyguem or did you take smt else too?

I just..gah I really wanna leak pre espaciliy when I get teased or am really horny..mine got better but I'm not sure what concentrate to use now since I've used 100mg and 1000mg aswell as zinc daily
