Pygeum overload! (No pun intended!!)

Ok guys, time for another update.
So I have switched my daily pygeum to this product. I take one in the morning and the night however, I take it with avocado oil, two tablespoons each dose. The reason is that pygeum bings with fats, which is why you see it say to take with food on the bottle. Avocado oil is the best alternative unless you want to always eat a steak in the morning or night. I also take NAC, but that is just to increase the webbiness of the pre. I want it to look like I have webbed fingers if I can produce more. I have been taking for about 5 days, but I just came off taking my old one for a week or so, and I have already been able to produce about 3 drops. I can get them to drop off, but I think the nac is increasing the cling because I touched it and pulled away but it all pulled off my finger, leaving a wet area but no pre. Also, I have been attempting to boost my cardio. I mentioned before that dopamine has to do with pre and I don't doubt that, but I am going to have to wait until I can get a clinic to prescribe cabergoline off label. Anyway, nitric oxide is a big part of the system apparently. I noticed that a) taking a lot of Cialis caused a noticeable spike (I had luttle NO so the large bump in Cialis was helpful but not a long term solution, I took way too much...) and b) I noticed that my Cialis was not working well, which is due to low NO levels.
Gist of the long post is:
1) Take pygeum with fats
2) Bost your Nitric Oxide levels if they are low (go for a moderate jog or bike for 30-40 minutes)
3) NAC could boost the webbiness if you like that sort of thing.

As a side note, I have been experimenting a little since I last posted. I have started LHR on my body, originally just for the crotch and anus, but decided to go all in. It has been a journey, but one that I am not hating. I also tried J-Lube and would HIGHLY recommend if you haven't tried it yet. Most water based lubes have their issues, but J-Lube is amazing! If you mix it right, it looks a lot like precum. It also is super slippery, like too slippery. The one thing I well warn is that it makes a mess in two areas, 1) the lube is a powder that needs water to activate which means that if any of the powder gets ANYWHERE, lube slowly forms by absorbing moisture in the air and 2) the lube itself isn't super easy to clean, though that also means it can be a little resilient.
I have found a minor flaw as compared to normal products, the lube sticks to itself endlessly so a strand will stretch until it floats away in a breeze. To fix this, I believe a pinch of salt per cup of water was supposed to work. Also, it doesn't stick to toys super well so maybe add glycerin.

I wonder how much suggestibility is involved when critical processing is displaced by the need for affiliation, emotional regulation, or novelty seeking.
