I love Quentin, he’s one of my all time favs and hottest guys. But his rear and side profiles aren’t that unique. I’ve met more than one guy who could be the one here. It could be him though

The thing is this photo is from 2017 and from gay club that he said he often visited so it's *most likely* him. He had that characteristic skull( sorry not sorry lol) and steep jawline and it looks like it.

If he(?) was without that jacket some tattoos could confirm it.

Quentin is from Dayton, Ohio. Ivan is from a small town in one of the Carolinas.

It's sad that Gainz career as a porn star was so short and choppy, if he commited more and wasn't bonded with NextDoor/ActiveDuty he would be far more popular, he had everything that a gay pornstar need...plus his twitter barely existed and blogs barely covered him.
