I never have. A few years ago I had a talk with my doctor and he explained the low level of risk for STDs through oral sex. Since I had (somehow) managed to acquire the Herpes virus (oral) back at the tender age of 12, I knew one risk already existed for the blowee, especially if I was in the midst of an outbreak-during those times I curb my appetite and do without:frown1:, over the years I have developed a sense of when an outbreak is impending (usually within the next 3 or 4 days). Having sucked and savored hundreds (if not thousands) of cocks over the past 30+ years, I can safely say I have never acquired anything beyond that initial Herpes catch; which, was probably courtesy of some relative who was into the annoying wet kisses (hated those as a child) since I was not yet sexually active then.

Hmm...a religion where contraceptives are forbidden and oral sex-which is also a form of contraception, since the sperm will not have any chance of making it into the uterus-is okay. No, I've never used a rubber for oral sex and it's never been mentioned to me. I think the risk of getting an STD from oral are small enough (or the STDs you're likely to catch are easily treated enough) for most people to be willing to take the risk. Can't really imagine sucking on a condom-covered cock or having mine sucked through a condom.
